The Journey continues!

Well so just to let every one know yesterday went fine and now everything is out of the way of me going to japan! I have scheduled a trip to the consulat on wednesday and plan to get my visa then! Man That one thing always had me thinking that I wouldnt go to Japan because of it... and now that its out of the way its sooo scary for me I mean 28 days, 23 hours, 40 minutes and 56 seconds until Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 12:15:00 PM That is the time until my life as I know changes and this could effect my whole life! I have waited a whole year and now I am sooo close! I've already started trying to get an idea of what I am going to pack as in clothes wise.. but shoes are a different story I dont know what I am going to pack! I mean i love all my shoes and I want to bring them all! ughhh fiting your life into a suitcase is hard! Well sort of I mean I can bring two suit cases up to 50 lb each and then my carry on asse bag sooo I mean Im going to have some free room! yay I get to bring extra stuff! but man I just had a say dream about the day I leave from dallas airpot I love Texas and Im going to miss it a lot! Im bringing my cowboy boots with me!
Also as for the midway game! Okay undertand they are the best team in our district and nobody ever scores on them and I have never played goalie in my life so heres the breakdown. They took 64 shots on me and only scored 8! and theyhave 2super good shots! but yay! I'm happy ! cant wait till we play university its over for them!.. well if we take shots

Decision Day

Well today, for reasons Im not disclosing , is decision day basically the day that determines fopr sure that nothing major will conflict in my plans to go to japan. I am really nervous and I hope it works out or else I will be a complete mess for ever I mean I worked hard to get here and this stupid thing better not get in the way. Also today sucks because we play midway for soccer and they are the best in soccer ever i mean they score 12 points on people who beat us 5 to 0 and dum dum dum I'm sadly playing goalie today but i have never in my life! the first time I even tried to play goalie wqas yesterday... OMG we are dead!

Things I want to do while in Japan/ things I love about it.

sushi sushi sushi! the one that rotates
Temples with a lot of pics
Hot springs until I die
visit Okayama Garden
visit segaopolis in the center!
Korea
Tokyo
vist an exchange friend
wear a kimono or the summer version
of course learn japanese
turn heads on the street because they think Im a foreign model!lol conceited much
No but i want to see what people think of me in a school uniform and being black!
oh yeah UNIFORMS!
not worrying about make up or hair
dressing up in cosplay at least once
join soccer team or band
travel by myself and not get lost
help my mom make dinner
see tokyo tower
get a boyfriend or at least meet a hot japanese dude
see a real sumo wrestler
buy a crap load of japanese clothes!
re discover myself
play in the snow
BUILD A SNOWMAN FOR THE 1ST TIME
try to ski
akihabara
shinjuku
pass at least one test
loose weight...not that I need to but still it would b nice
make lasting ties with the fam.

Keepin up with the Times!

Well lately not much has happened but I can say that all the papers I need for my VISA are on the way! My adbisor who has the same name as me wrote me and told me I should be able to get my visa in like this week! But yeah so as of now the official countdown

43 days, 1 hour, 0 minutes and 18 seconds until Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 12:15:00 PM! I cant wait!!!

so with that we dont have an orientation in america but when we get to Tokyo we go to Shibuya Olympic center and stay there for 4-5 days and we get a crash course in Japanese! Also I found out that there is a swedish girl that goes To my school so I will get her email and try to ask her questions which will be like a million!lol but yeah and then so I have been in contact with another girl in my program her name is lydia! we agreed to sit by each other on the plane! but I want to know even more ASSE students. My host mom told me that my rep in Japan is trying to get a hold of me she cant wait to talk to me . Im soooo happy because other people have been talking about how bad ASSE is but so Far they have been great I get everything when I need it and everyone works hard to help me and even the offices in Japan are working pretty hard I cant wait until I get my COE in priority mail!, but everything seems sooo close now I cant wait!
